Ingredients: 2 x # beef kidneys; 1 x 8 ounce. beef tenderloin steak; 1/4 lb fresh mushrooms; 1/2 c. white wine; 2 lrg tomatoes; 1 lrg onion; 1 tsp herbs de Provence; 2 Tbsp. parsley chopped; 2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp pepper; 1/2 c. beef broth

2 x # beef kidneys
1 x 8 ounce. beef tenderloin steak
1/4 lb fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. white wine
2 lrg tomatoes
1 lrg onion
1 tsp herbs de Provence
2 Tbsp. parsley chopped
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c. beef broth

Slice kidneys, remove fat and membranes.

Saute/fry lightly 10 minutes in 1/4 cp oil.

Drain, rinse and set aside.

Slice mushrooms, saute/fry in 2 TBSP oil till mushrooms give up natural juices.

Drain and set aside.

Saute/fry onions in 1/4 cp oil till tender.

Peel, remove seeds and chop tomatoes.

Add in to onions.

Saute/fry 10 minutes.

Remove onion tomato mix to dutch oven.

Add in all othe ingredients and simmer 1-1/2 hrs or possibly till sauce has been reduced by 1/2.

Follow instructions for frzn pastry puffs and fill.
