1 lb beef (sirloin/tenderloin preferrable)
1/2 x coconut grated
5 x glasses water Salt to taste Freshly-grnd white pepper to taste Vegetable oil
6 sm shallots
3 x garlic cloves
6 x candlenuts
5 x red bird-eye chilies
10 x red chilies
1/2 tsp coriander (stir fried without oil)
1/2 tsp cumin (stir fried without oil)
3/4 x inch turmeric
1/2 x coconut grated
