   Cook pasta.

   Spray skillet with cooking spray; heat skillet over medium-high.

   Add beef; cook and stir 5 minutes or until crumbled and no longer pink.

   Add bell pepper and onion; cook until vegetables are tender.

   Add undrained tomatoes and tomato sauce; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
