1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese

In shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish, combine potatoes, oil and pepper.

Firmly press mixture across bottom of pan and up sides of dish to form a shell.

Bake, uncovered, at 400u00b0 for 15 minutes. In skillet, brown ground beef.

Drain and stir in gravy mix, water and garlic salt.
