Beef Pom Wonderful

   In a large slow cooker place the beef, broth, POM, and spices then stir to combine.

   Cover and cook on high for 8 hours.

   About 4 hours into cooking stir in the mushrooms then recover and cook for the last 4 hours.

   We like a thicker gravy than this, so after cooking, I thickened it with slurry of corn starch and POM juice.

   We then served the Beef over some cooked pasta but rice would also be great.
