Beef Patties With Spicy Mushrooms

   Melt the butter with the olive oil in a large frying pan.

   Add the onion and garlic into the pan. Once the onion is halfway cooked, add the chili pepper and cook for one minute.

   Add the slices of mushroom and cook for another 5 minutes. Set aside for later.

   Add salt and pepper to the ground beef and make two round beef patties by hand. Place the meat on the same frying pan and completely cook both sides.

   Place the string cheese on top of each beef patty and allow the cheese to melt.

   Serve the meat on a plate and add the mushrooms on top of the melted cheese.
