1 - 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
Fresh grnd pepper
Crushed pineapple, 14 1/2 ounce. can
16 ounce. can tomatoes
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix beef, soy sauce, onion, salt and pepper together with pineapple not used to make sauce.
