1/2 sweet yellow pepper deseeded
1 lb lean beef
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 packages of 10oz refidge pizza dough
3 cup shredded taco cheese
16 oz jar of salsa
1/4 cup sliced black olives
3 large scallions trimmed and sliced

preheat oven to 375 and coat 13 by 9 inches baking disk with non stick spray

cut peppers into wide slithers

in a large skillet heat oil over med-high heat.

add peppers ground beef and harlc salt; cook stirring to break up clumps of beef and until the beef is brown.

cut dough crosswise into 1/2 inch wide slices then each slice into quarters

in a large bowl toss together dough pieces and salsa.

Add cooked meat mixture, two cups of tacos cheese and olives.

Sprinkle tjey remaining 1 cup of cheese on top

bake at 375 for 30min.
