1 lb Ground beef 80/20
7 slice Turkey bacon
1/2 onion, chopped
4 Stalks of celery, chopped
5 clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp Salt and Pepper
2 stick mozzarella cheese sticks, cut up
4 Small breakfast turkey sausage links, cut up
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 box Stovetop mix, any flavor
1 tsp Dried basil leaves

Beat egg in bowel and add, salt, pepper, basil leaves,

Mixture will be wet, but still manageable.

Don't mix too much, as meat will toughen up.

Mold meat mixture into a loaf as thick as you like.

Add 4 strips of raw bacon on top.

The next 3 strips will need to go over and under each piece of bacon, lattice style.
