3 c. Creamettes dumpling noodles
1 pound grnd beef
1/2 c. minced onion
1 can (5 3/4 ounce.) mushroom steak sauce
1 can (6 ounce.) tomato paste
1 c. water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (3 ounce.) cream cheese
1/4 c. lowfat sour cream

Cook noodles, rinse and drain.

Brown beef and onion.

Stir in tomato paste, steak sauce and water till smooth.
