1/4 c. Red wine vinegar
1/4 c. Vegetable oil, divided
2 tsp Hickory seasoning
1 x Clove garlic, chopped

1 lb Boneless sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 lrg Green bell pepper, cut in strips
1 lrg Onion, cut in wedges

In nonmetal large bowl, combine steak sauce, vinegar, 2 Tbsp.
