Beef Delight

   Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper in oil in skillet, stirring until crumbly.

   Remove with slotted spoon.

   Add macaroni and saute until browned.

   Add ground beef mixture, soup and 1 soup can of water, mixing well.

   Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender, adding additional water if necessary.

   Garnish with parsley flakes.
