1 lg. onion
2 green peppers
3 celery stalks
1 1/2 cans beef bouillon
2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
2 tbsp. curry pwdr
1 teaspoon grnd ginger
2 1/2 pound round steak
Oil for browning & sauteing
Condiments:
Minced peanuts
Grated egg
Coconut
Minced bacon
Chutney
Raisins
Minced green onion

Cube and brown round steak; set aside.

Chop and saute/fry vegetables till tender but not brown.

Stir in garlic, curry and ginger.

Add in bouillon and previously browned meat.

Add in sufficient flour to attain the consistency desired.

Serve over rice and offer condiments as toppings.
