Beef Cheese Casserole (Kt) Recipe

   Cook and drain noodles.

   Set aside.

   Saute/fry onion in Pam till soft.

   Stir in soy crumbles.

   Saute/fry for a few min then add in tomato sauce.

   Salt and pepper if you like.

   Combine cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, cottage cheese and green onion.

   Grease a 13 x 9 pan.

   Layer in half the noodles, all the filling, the rest of the noodles, top with sauce.

    Cover and bake at 350 for 30 - 45 min or possibly till warm.

    NOTES : Kristin: You can use hamburger instead of soy crumbles.
