1 lb. hamburg
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 large can stewed tomatoes
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese

Cook the noodles for 8 minutes.

Brown the hamburg in the olive oil.

Add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, onion, pepper and oregano.

Place noodles in large pan or casserole.

Add sauce. Top with Mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 375u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
