1 cup Flour
1 tsp Oregano
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
3 clove Garlic
1 liter Beef broth
4 Carrots
4 stick Celery
2 Sweet peppers
2 head Broccoli
1 Onion
1/2 cup Brown rice

Sift flour, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic in the crock pot.

Add beef and coat thoroughly.

Add beef broth and turn crockpot on low.
