Servings: persons

100 gm spiral pasta
2 Tbsp. oil
1 x lge onion, minced
2 x rashers bacon, minced
1 tsp garlic
300 gm mushrooms, sliced
500 gm mince
440 gm tomato soup
1/4 c. tomato paste
1/2 tsp oregano
1 c. grated cheese

Cook pasta, drain.

Heat oil, add in onion, bacon & garlic.

Cook till onion is soft, add in mushrooms & cook further 2-3 mins.

Add in mince, brown.

Stir in tomato soup, tomato paste & oregano.

Cover & simmer 10 mins.
