2 Tbsp. Butter
1 lb Grnd beef
1 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
1 x Clove garlic, chopped
1/2 lb Mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. Dry red wine Juice of 1 lemon
2 x Beef bouillon cubes
1 c. Water
2 c. Uncooked wide noodles Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream Paprika Minced parsley

Heat butter; add in beef, onion, garlic, and mushrooms.

Saute/fry' till meat loses red color and onion tender, stirring with fork to break up the meat.

Simmer uncovered for 10 min.

Add in noodles, cover and simmer for 15 min or possibly til noodles are tender, adding more water if necessary.
