1 lb grnd lean lamb
1 x Roma pear tomato, minced
1/2 c. green bell pepper, minced
1/2 c. yellow onion, minced
1/2 c. Italian flat leafed parsley, minced
1 tsp Kosher salt, or possibly to taste
1 tsp fresh grnd black pepper, or possibly to taste
