Ingredients: 1 pound Ground Beef; 1/2 pounds Ground Pork; 3/4 cups Quick Oats; 1/2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese; 1/4 cups Chopped Onion; 1 teaspoon Salt; 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard (ground); 1 whole Egg, Beaten; 1/2 cups Milk; 2 Tablespoons Ketchup; 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

1 pound Ground Beef
1/2 pounds Ground Pork
3/4 cups Quick Oats
1/2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cups Chopped Onion
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard (ground)
1 whole Egg, Beaten
1/2 cups Milk
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Gather and mix all ingredients well.

Form into a loaf and place in a baking dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours.

(Optional: I like to top my loaf with a ketchup and brown sugar mixture about 15 minutes before cook time is up.

I just eyeball it, about 2 tablespoons each of brown sugar and ketchup.

Spoon over the top and sides of the loaf and then put back in the oven until the cook time is done.)
