   Heat oil in 12 x 8-inch dish at High for 2 minutes.

   Stir in beef, garlic and ginger; cook at High 3 1/2 to 4 minutes.

   Stir twice.

   Add broccoli.

   Cover with plastic wrap.

   Cook at High 5 to 6 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp.

   Stir once.

   Blend cornstarch with broth and soy sauce until smooth; stir in beef mixture.

   Cook at High 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce is thicker; stir once.
