Beef And Broccoli

   Slice beef across the grain into thin strips.

   In skillet, add oil.

   Cook beef until browned, stirring often.

   Remove from pan. In skillet, cook broccoli and onion.

   Add garlic, stirring often until tender.

   Add soup, water and soy sauce.

   Heat to boiling. Return beef to skillet.

   Heat through, stirring occasionally.
