Ingredients: 1 lb lean ground beef; ½ cup Egg Beaters egg substitute; 2 tablespoons ketchup; 2 tablespoons ranch dressing; ¼ cup parmesan cheese; 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; ¾ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs; 1 tablespoon garlic; ½ teaspoon dried basil; ½ teaspoon dried oregano; 1 tablespoon dried parsley; ¼ teaspoon pepper; 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (for top of loaf); ¼ cup pasta sauce (optional)

1 lb lean ground beef
½ cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¾ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon garlic
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (for top of loaf)

Place ground beef in a large mixing bowl.

Add remaining dry ingredients.

Mix together with a large spoon or hands.

Form into a loaf shape on a greased cookie sheet, or spread into a loaf pan.

If desired, spread pasta sauce on top of loaf.

Bake at 400 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
