CAKE: Preheat oven to 350.

Mix cake ingredients except for chocolate chips.

Beat for two min, then mix in chocolate chips.

Pour batter into greased and floured bundt pan.

Bake at 350 for 50 - 55 min (Becky goes the full 55 min).

Toothpick test won't work on this cake.

Let cold 10 min, then invert onto serving plate.

ICING: Heat 1 c. chocolate chips and 1/2 c. cream in small saucepan over gentle heat.

Blend well, remove from heat, and let stand 15 min.

Drizzle over top of cake, and arrange whole pecans around top of cake.

NOTES : Becky (my boss) made these for her department for Christmas 1999 in small loaf pans, and the cake was just incredibly moist.
