9 slices whole wheat bread, air dried overnight
3 eggs, room temp slightly beaten
2 cups soymilk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 Red Delicious apple
1 teaspoon butter, chopped into pea size pieces

in a mixing bowl stir together the eggs, soy milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
