1/2 bag Bean sprouts
1/4 of a small onion Onion
1 generous teaspoon Sesame oil
1 dash Pepper
250 ml Water
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Weipa
1 tbsp Miso
1 dash each Grated ginger and grated garlic
1 dash Doubanjiang

Wash and drain the bean sprouts.

Slice the onion thinly.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the onion.

When it has turned translucent, add the bean sprouts and stir-fry quickly.

It tastes better with lots of pepper.

Add the ingredients and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

Taste, and add salt to taste.
