Ingredients: 3/4 cup vegetable oil; 3 Cups minced onion; 1 1/2 Cup minced green pepper; 3 Jalepeno peppers; 3 pinches salt; 3 pinches black pepper; 6 Tbsp garlic; 1 (84 oz can) Tomato sauce; 6 Cups ketchup; 3 cups water; 1 1/2 cup cider vinegar; 3/4 cup lemon juice; 3/4 cup molasses; 3/4 cup spicy brown mustard; 3/4 cup cayenne pepper sauce; 2 1/4 cup dark brown sugar; 3 tbsp chili powder; 6 tsp ground black pepper; 1 1/2 tsp allspice; 3 tbsp liquid smoke

1. Saute The vegetables in oil, add pinches of salt and pepper, add garlic last, saute until golden brown.

2. Add all liquid ingredients and stir together.

3. Add all seasoning to finish sauce.

4. Bring pot to boil then put it on simmer and let it simmer for about an hour to boil it down.

5. When at the proper consistency, do a final check for flavoring and seasoning before bottling. ( adjustment of seasoning is usually required)
