2 Pork steaks, about 1 pound each
2 TBSP Brown sugar
1 TBSP Lawry's seasoned salt
1 TBSP Paprika
1 TBSP Garlic powder
1 TBSP Onion powder
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 cup Ketchup
2 TBSP Molasses
2 TBSP Brown suger
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
2 TBSP Apple cider vinegar
1 TBSP Lemon juice
1 TBSP Mustard, plain yellow
1/2 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper

Mix rub ingredients and seasoned pork steaks well on both sides.

Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.

Store extra rub in a labeled container.

Mix bbq sauce ingredients and refrigerate until needed.

Set up your grill for Direct Heat.

Grilled pork steaks directly over the heat for about 6 to 10 minutes.

When the juices have collected on top of the pork, flip over and continue cooking (for about 5 minutes)

Glazed with bbq sauce and continue cooking for about 5 more minutes.

Flip pork steaks over and glaze with bbq sauce and continue cooking for another minute or 2.

Remove from the grill and cool about 5 minutes before serving.
