BBQ Pizza

   Prepare pizza dough or use store bought crust.

   Preheat oven to 425 F or whatever the recipe for the crust recommends.

   While stove is preheating, cook frozen corn in skillet over medium heat until slightly brown.

   This is also a good time to cook the chicken.

   Spread your favorite BBQ sauce over the pizza dough.

   We like to use KC Masterpiece, but thats just because the husband is from Kansas City.

   Top the pizza with cheese, vegetables, chicken, and cilantro.

   Cook at 425 for about 15 minutes (or follow the instructions for your dough).

   This has become a favorite in our house.

    We generally use whatever we have laying around for toppings, including bell peppers, left over black beans, spinach, etc.
