3 Tbsp Butter
4 Tsp All Purpose Flower
1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder
3/4 Cup Milk
1 4oz Package Cream Cheese
10oz Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 Cloves of Garlic, Diced
1/2 White Onion, Diced
2 Tsp Parsley
1 Tsp Paprika
3oz Ham, Diced
4.5oz Can Green Chiles
32oz Frozen Whole Kernel Corn, Thawed

In a large saucepan, melt butter and cook with ham, garlic, and onion.

Once browned add milk, and stir in flower slowly.

Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until thickened.

Stir in 2/3 of cheddar cheese and all of cream cheese.

Cook until well blended.

Turn off heat and stir in thawed corn.

Stir in green chiles.

When well blended pour in large casserole dish.

Add remainder of cheddar cheese on top.

Sprinkle parsley and paprika over cheese.

Cover with foil.

Bake for 30 minutes on 350 degrees.

Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
