BBQ Beef Fajita Wraps

   Stir-fry meat, red peppers and onions in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 6 to 8 min.

   or until meat is cooked through.

   Add barbecue sauce; stir.

   Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

   Spoon 1-1/4 cups of the meat mixture down center of each tortilla.

   Fold in sides of tortilla, then roll up tightly from bottom.

   Place wraps, seam-sides down, in parchment paper-lined full sheet pan.

   Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

   For each serving: Place 1 wrap on rack of broiler pan; top with 2 Tbsp.

    each of the green peppers and cheese.

    Broil 1 min.
