1 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
1/2 c. Powdered sugar

Cake:Heat oven to 350 degrees (F).

Grease and flour a 12-c. fluted tube pan.

In large bowl, blend cake mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, potatoes, butter, water, and Large eggs till moistened.

Cold upright in pan 25 min; invert onto serving plate.

In small saucepan, blend chocolate chips, 1 Tbsp.

butter and lowfat milk over low heat till chocolate melts, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat; stir in powdered sugar till smooth.

Spoon over top of cake, allowing some to run down the sides.
