1. Melt all the marshmellows in a medium bowl for 40 seconds to a minute in the microwave

2. Mix marshmellows and all other filling ingrediants together.

1. Put flaxseed, olive oil, and water in a small microwaveable container, microwave for 20 seconds, mix, and microwave for another 20 seconds. OR just crack an egg open.

2. Mix the flaxseed mixture with the shortening and sugar in a large bowl

3. Sift all other ingredients (besides the soy milk and vanilla) into the bowl

4. Add the milk and the vanilla in and mix with an electric mixer on medium high until mixed thuroughly.

5. Scoop using a 1 tablespoon icecream scooper onto 2 cookie sheets

6. Cook sheets one at a time for 9 minutes each

7. Let cool and place frosting between two cakes
