Bavarian Sausage Salad

   Cut the raw Lyoner sausage into slices or strips.

   Cut the cheese and the pickles into strips and the onion into thin rounds.

   Prepare the dressing by combining mustard, extra virgin olive oil and salt.

   Place the sausage on a plate with the cheese, the onion, and the pickles. Add the dressing and serve with warm bread.
