Bavarian Dinner Recipe

   In bottom of slow cooking pot, layer 1 can sauerkraut, 1 lb.

   of the sausage pcs, half the onion slices, 1/2 tsp.

   boulllon and 1/4 tsp.

   celery seed.

   Repeat layers.

   Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hrs or possibly on HIGH for 3 to 4 hrs.

   Serve with boiled potatoes and an apple raisin salad.
