Basic Orange Cake with fresh orange peel

   Collect the orange segments.. Only the pulp

   Use the leftover orange segments to get required amount of juice.

   U will get more than enough juice :)

   Preheat the oven at 210C.

   Mix flour, eggs, butter, sugar, orange juice and make cake batter.

   Add baking powder and baking soda .

   Grease the baking pan properly and sprinkle over sugar at he bottom.

   Arrange the orange segments in a flower type pattern.

   Than pour cake batter.

    Again arrange the orange segments and than cake batter.

    Bake for 35min at 200C
