Basic Meat Loaf

   Mix bread, onion, celery, egg, garlic, salt and pepper. Crumble ground beef into mixture thoroughly.

   Press into loaf dish, 9 x 5-inches.

   Microwave at High (100%) until inner temperature reaches 150u00b0, 17 to 20 minutes.

   If oven other than Sharp Carousel, rotate meat loaf once or twice during cooking.

   Spread with catsup. Microwave at Medium (50%) until catsup is heated, 2 1/2 to 4 minutes.

   Let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
