1 (12 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 Large eggs
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon chili pwdr

To make meatballs, combine all ingredients (mix will be soft) and shape into small balls.

Place meatballs in a single layer on wax paper-lined cookie sheets; freeze till solid.

Store frzn meatballs in freezer bags till ready to cook.

To make sauce, combine all ingredients and stir till sugar is dissolved.

Place frzn meatballs in a 13x9x2 inch baking pan; pour on the sauce.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
