Mix yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 table spoons of flour and lukewarm milk, let it rise for

10 minutes. add it to the rest of flour, and one egg and kneed. Roll it with a rolling pin to

a half inch thicknes. Cut strips, finger widht and wrap it around the baking tool which is

previously buttered. Gently flatten it by tapping it with your hand. While grilling it moisten

it with melted butter. When half baked (starting to get golden brown) cover it with the
6
mixture of ground walnuts and sugar and bake it for an other 6-8 minutes. When finished
7
tap the narrow end to a hard surface and the cake will slide off the baking tool. The
8
escaping steam will give it the appearance of a chimney.
