1/2 cup Milk
1 lb Ground Beef
1 tsp Salt
1 Ground Black Pepper
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Vinegar
3 tbsp Sugar
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Water

In a large mixing bowl, add Bread Crumbs and Milk.
