1 x 5 pound pot roast
2 med onions, sliced
1/2 c. Catsup
1/4 c. Wine vinegar
1 tsp Rosemary leaves Potatoes (optional)
2 Tbsp. Veg. oil
2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. Water
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Salt

Brown roast on all sides in warm oil in large roaster, add in onions and garlic.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast.

Bake at 350 F. for abt.

2 hours.

Small peeled potatoes can be placed around at this time if you like.

Return to oven and continue to cook aditional hour or possibly till roast is tender.
