1 x (8 ounce) can tomato paste
1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 c. Orange juice
1/4 c. Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp Crushed dry oregano
1 tsp Salt
6 x Peppercorns
1 x Chopped garlic clove Chicken
1/4 c. Honey
1/2 tsp Dry mustard

In large screw top jar combine paste, oil, orange juice, vinegar, salt, peppercorns & garlic.

Cover & shake vigorously to blend.

In a shallow dish pour sauce over chicken.

Cover & marinate 2 hrs at room temperature or possibly overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally.

Drain, reserving marinade.

Grill chicken over med coals for 45-50 min, brushing with marinade & turning frequently.
