¼ cup brisket juice
½ tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon instant coffee
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 dash Heinz 57 steak sauce

Place brisket in covered pan with aluminum foil or lid with sauce mixture of 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 1/4 cup catsup, 1/4 cup syrup, and 2 tbsp salad oil.

Bake in 225F oven for 8 hours.
