Barbecued Beef Brisket

   Remove excess fat from beef brisket.

   Rub liquid smoke, celery seed, garlic powder and black pepper on all sides of brisket.

   Wrap in heavy-duty foil.

   Bake at 200u00b0 for 6 hours.

   Remove from oven and allow to cool.

   Slice into thin slices.

   Return slices to foil (in a neat row).

   Cover with barbecue sauce and bake for 2 hours at 200u00b0 or until heated.
