Barbecued Baked Beans

   Preheat the oven to 325u00b0.

   In a heavy skillet, saute the bacon strips over medium heat until crisp.

   Add the onion and garlic and continue cooking until the onion is transparent, but not browned. Transfer the bacon, onion and any fat that may have accumulated to a mixing bowl.

   Add the remaining ingredients and combine well. Pour the mixture into an ungreased 2-quart baking dish and bake, uncovered, at 325u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
