Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches

   Cut raw chicken into strips or chunks and season with mesquite chicken seasoning salt.

   Melt butter in skillet and add sliced onions, cook until starting to brown.

   Add chicken, cook until thoroughly cooked.

   Add more butter as needed.

   Add in barbecue sauce and let cook for 5 more minutes.

    Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in another skillet and toast inside of the deli rolls.
