Barbecue Beef Calzone

   Place one piece of pizza dough on lightly floured surface; roll out to 7-inch circle with rolling pin.

   Repeat with remaining dough pieces.

   Place 5 oz.

   of meat and 1-1/2 oz.

   of cheese on one half of each dough circle; fold remaining half of dough over filling to completely enclose filling.

   Crimp edge of dough with fork to seal.

   Place on full sheet pan (or half sheet pan for trial recipe).

   Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
