   Combine first seven ingredients.

   Mix well and roll into meatballs.

   Place in pan.

   On top of stove combine water and onion.

   Boil till onion is tender.

   Combine last three ingredients with water and onion.

   Boil for 1 minute.

   Pour over meatballs.

   Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min.

    Serve over rice.
