Baptist Pound Cake Recipe

   Cream together sugar, butter, and shortening; add in Large eggs, one at a time.

   Mix well after each.

   Sift flour, baking pwdr, and salt; add in alternately with lowfat milk and flour to first mix.

   Add in flavorings.

   Grease and flour pan.

   Place in cool over.

   Turn heat to 350F, and bake 1/2 hour.

   then turn heat to 325F and bake 40 min more.

   Let stand 5 min after taking from oven.
