Banana Walnut Crumb Muffin Tops

   Preheat oven to 375u00b0F. Lightly grease a muffin top pan

   In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

   In another large mixing bowl, combine bananas, sugar, egg, vanilla and melted butter. Mix in chopped walnuts.

   Slowly combine the flour mixture into the banana mixture. Don't over-mix! Spoon batter into a greased muffin top pan.

   For the topping, in a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until mixture has a coarse crumble appearance. Sprinkle topping over muffin tops.

   Bake in a preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffin tops comes out clean.
